22nd January 2008

Its been 2 months today since this page was last updated which is really poor web management and I apologise. However chances are that nobody will actually look at this site or indeed this news post until I actually do something to advertise it. So that is what I have been doing. I have been working on OIFH again for the last few days which is nothing short of a miracle and I have also started a blog. I have also started a blog on YouTube under along with another DPGames Team member. I have also released another review for my Coffee-After-Midnight page which has also recieved an update.

So that pretty much sums up the last 2 months. I will keep this site up to date from here on just in case somone stumbles by it.

22nd November 2007

Well Here I am again. It seems like such a long time since I updated this site. However it isn't. I actually added a news post on the 23rd of October (5 days after my Birthday and getting my websites files back) and then forgot to upload it what with me running 2 other dead sites and a forum now.

Basically I was raving about how great The Orange Box is and its all been overwritten by some genius (who will remain unnamed because it was me) overwrote the whole index page and had to download the one which was online.

Added a portfolio which will soon contain examples of work from all my current fields (Graphics, Web Design and Video Game Modification. etc) and hopefully will get me noticed.0

My latest website, coffee-after-midnight is online and available for viewing via the button on the left. It isn't quite finished yet due to a recent software problem which has since been resolved. Many thanks to Digital_Ice.

Oh, I almost forgot. I have also updated the site's look. The old design is safe and sound, ready to be added to the portfolio page.

Hurrah for updates!

Did away with the somewhat flat layout that the old site had and sorted everything into sub-folders. Of course this now means that none of the links that I have posted on other sites will work anymore. Additionally, most of the news regarding updates to the site has been deleted due to the fact that it is no longer relevent. New development news regarding the sites new look will still be added (hopefully at more regular intervals)

The 'About' page has been updated to take recent events into account. For instance my current role hasn't been "Event Horizon's Lead Texture Artist" for about 5 months. I just figured it was time to update that one.

OIFH has now been moved over to the new Demonic Puppy Games site. Seeing as the team is growing I figured it was about time it got its own little place rather than just another page with that god-awful background. The DPGames site will be updated in time with all the old media in place and some new media. Until then, go browse.

Finally!

It's about time this site got an update. You may have noticed it now looks a lot more attractive now that I'm getting used to CSS and Photoshop. Still, nothing mindblowingly interactive but at least its a little nicer to look at.

I have taken on a few new projects since I last updated. Firstly Hostage Situation, the very same Mod which I recently covered in an interview, have welcomed me onto the team as an NPC modeller and skinner. I've completed a new terrorist model for them already of which the mod leader was very pleased with. My current task is to create Barney as he would appear in civilian clothing and (as I cannot find a suitable base model to hack) will require a great deal of time and effort to complete. I will upload screenshots as soon as they become available.

Next on the list is TWHL Mix 2, the new community project which I inadvertidly triggered simply by asking when the next one would be. I have completed a few sections on my first map with the others drawn up in my head. The main focus at the minute is the website which we may or may not use depending on the other which is currently being created by Caboose.

Then of course there is the big one. Half-Life: Off Its F*cking Head.

This mod is the main focus at the minute, as it is also the first time I have been the leader of a team of modders. I have a feeling that this will be the game that will define Demonic Puppy Games. Its probably a bad thing.

It's good to be back.

I apologize for the recent lack of updates but my PC suffered from a brain fart and has been out of action for a few weeks. Also I've been busy on several new projects which i will inform you of at a later date.

For now, go to the projects page or click here for Information on the Upcoming mod "Half-Life: Hostage Situation as well as an Interview with the mods founder and chief developer.
